FOR THE PATIENT

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

We kindly ask you to make an appointment through the tool MyOnlineAgenda.

Here you can specify by which dentist you want to be treated and for which type of appointment. In order to ensure a smooth course of treatment, we would like to go through the following with you:

 

  • Being on time is very important for the quality of the chosen treatment.
  • If you are late, you may not be able to receive the treatment and you will have to make a new appointment.
  • Online appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
  • Missed appointments will be charged to your account. The rate can be found in our waiting room.
  • We kindly request you to bring your eID card and if necessary a referral letter from your dentist.
  • At your first visit you will be asked to fill in a medical history form. Please do this as correctly as possible and even bring a list of your medication with you.
  • We like to be informed of any changes in your medication scheme. Please always pass this on to our team.

Intake

What exactly is an intake?

An initial meeting at our practice is what we call “the intake. At Logodental we find it very important to take the time to listen to your personal wishes and concerns. During this appointment the necessary information will be gathered about your dental situation and you will be informed in detail and individually by our dental team. By providing you with professional guidance and support, we try to meet your expectations as soon as possible.

 

The treatment process

During the intake appointment, your oral health will be examined. If necessary, additional imaging studies will be taken to get a good picture of your mouth. In consultation with you, we will draw up a treatment plan. This treatment plan will show you exactly which steps are needed to create a beautiful smile that suits your needs

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay in our practice through the following ways:

  • Payconic

For your and our safety we would like to ask you to avoid cash payments.

WHAT DO I BRING WITH ME?

Be sure to bring your electronic identity card to your appointment and, if necessary, a referral letter from your dentist or referring physician.

 

For certain treatments it is important that the dentist knows what medication you are taking. Please always have a correct overview of your medication scheme.

TOOTHACHE

A treatment is always by appointment. The practice can be reached by phone on the number 03 685 41 14. Our team is available from Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm.

 

During weekends and holidays there is an on-call service from 9am to 6pm, available on the number 0903 399 69. The call costs 1.5 euros per minute.

CANCELLATION

If you can’t make your appointment, we ask you to notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

If you don’t do that in time, a fee will be charged.
