MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

A treatment in our practice is always by appointment.

We kindly ask you to make an appointment via our online agenda. There you can indicate which dentist you wish to be treated and for which type of appointment.

Are you a new patient? Please contact us through the number 03 685 41 14.

CANCELLATION OR ABSENCE

Being on time is very important for the quality of the treatment.

If you are unable to honour your appointment, we ask you to notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Online, you can change or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

 

If not notified in time, costs will be charged:

<48 hours = 25 euros

<24 hours = 50 euros

 

The cancellation fee is waived if you can provide legitimate proof of absence (quarantine certificate, medical prescription, etc.).

Intake

What exactly is an intake?

An initial meeting at our practice is what we call “the intake. At Logodental we find it very important to take the time to listen to your personal wishes and concerns. During this appointment the necessary information will be gathered about your dental situation and you will be informed in detail and individually by our dental team. By providing you with professional guidance and support, we try to meet your expectations as soon as possible.

 

The treatment process

During the intake appointment, your oral health will be examined. If necessary, additional imaging studies will be taken to get a good picture of your mouth. In consultation with you, we will draw up a treatment plan. This treatment plan will show you exactly which steps are needed to create a beautiful smile that suits your needs

WHAT TO BRING

Be sure to bring your electronic ID card to your appointment and, if necessary, a referral letter from your dentist or referring physician.

For certain treatments it is important that your dentist knows what medication you are taking. Please always have a correct overview of your medication scheme.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay in our practice through the following ways:

  • Payconic

For your and our safety we would like to ask you to avoid cash payments.

NON-CONVENTIONAL

Logodental is a non-conventional practice.
This means that our dentists are not required to follow suggested rates.
